Housing, Hotel and Commercial Complex
In collaboration with the Planning Division of the Urbanism Department of Sintra Town Council, in the formation of the Monte Santos Territorial Action Programme (PAT). The Plan has specific regulations and comprises 30 single-family dwellings (of 11 different types), a hotel unit, a commercial/services building and green spaces.
Based upon this plan the Division into Plots Project was drawn up and approved and urbanization works are taking place at the moment.
