Two essentially identical houses, with subtle variations in the organization and articulation of the accesses in response to the specific characteristics of each plot. Their staggered positioning, both in alignment and elevation, preserves the existing view corridor between the plots, minimizing visual obstruction between the two buildings. Located within an established traditional urban area, the houses adopt a contemporary language that reinterprets elements of the surrounding built fabric through a mixed roofing solution, combining pitched roofs with planted areas to reduce the visual presence of the built volume. The rationalization of floor areas and construction solutions seeks to meet the functional requirements of the programme while ensuring a balanced relationship between spatial quality and construction cost.
