Be it recuperation and restoration projects or new undertakings, the office develops complete projects, from the initial study phase and viability projects, passing on to the approval stage, with all the appropriate authorities, to the detailed project and the subsequent inspections and technical support of the construction work.

In the detailed project phase, and of great importance and bearing to the construction, an exhaustive in-depth analysis of all the details is carried out, accompanied by the book of building specifications, measurements and realistic cost estimates, which facilitate and control the consultation process with the contractors and ensure integral fulfilment of the project.
